Prepare o chá: leve a água para ferver. Quando ferver, desligue o fogo e coloque o Chá de Hibiscus. Deixe tampado de 3 a 5 minutos (Quanto mais tempo a mistura permanecer tampada, o chá ficará mais forte. Os líderes da Saúde manifestaram preocupação com as crescentes taxas de sobrepeso e obesidade, entre os fatores de risco mais importante para as doenças não transmissíveis, como diabetes, doenças cardíacas e câncer, e sua relação com o consumo de alimentos ricos em gordura, açúcar e sal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na resolução, a Assembleia observou que cerca de 42 milhões de crianças menores de 5 anos estão com sobrepeso ou obesos, e mais de 80% dessas crianças vivem em países em desenvolvimento. O documento avalia que é necessário que tanto os governos quanto sociedade civil e parceiros do setor privado trabalhem em conjunto para reduzir o efeito negativo para as crianças sobre a publicidade de alimentos ricos em gordura, açúcar e sal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vários estudos indicam que a publicidade de alimentos para crianças é generalizada em todo o mundo e na maioria dos casos os alimentos alvo dela são ricos em gordura, açúcar ou sal. Vários países optaram por políticas e legislação para limitar esse tipo de publicidade e empresas de alimentos do setor privado adotaram medidas voluntárias para reduzir a publicidade. A Assembleia também afirmou que os países devem proibir a publicidade desses alimentos em creches, escolas e postos de saúde da família e da criança. O Bombocado é uma sobremesa bastante popular e seu nome lembra algo tão gostoso que virou nome de muitas confeitarias, restaurantes e padarias em várias cidades do País. Queríamos criar uma receita que combinasse bem com o sabor cítrico da geléia de hibiscus e não deu outra. Coloque a água e o açúcar, misture e ligue o fogo em temperatura baixa por pelo menos 30 minutos. Não mexa a calda enquanto estiver fervendo para não criar bolinhas de açúcar. A calda deve ficar em ponto de fio fino. Deixe esfriar para poder utilizar no restante da receita.&lt;br /&gt;Em uma vasilha coloque o coco ralado, adicione o leite de coco, as gemas de ovos peneiradas, a calda de açúcar fria, farinha de trigo e por último o queijo ralado. Misture bem todos os ingredientes. Outra opção é usar uma forma redonda e fazer o bombocado em forma de torta. Após colocar a mistura nas forminhas ou na forma grande, coloque pequenas colheradas da geléia de hibiscus por cima da massa. Asse em forno pré-aquecido em temperatura de 180 graus por aproximadamente 15 a 20 minutos para forminhas e 20 a 30 minutos para uma forma grande.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PREPARO DA CALDA&lt;br /&gt;Coloque o chá em infusão por 10 minutos. Acrescente o açúcar e o amido de milho dissolvido em duas colheres de chá de água. Volte ao fogo baixo e mexa sempre até engrossar.&lt;br /&gt;Sirva o bombocado com a calda de chá de hibiscus por cima. Deglaçar com a cebola ralada e pôr uma pitada de sal. Acrescentar o néctar e deixar reduzir até obter uma calda densa. CARNE: temperar o peito de pato com sal e pimenta-do-reino. Grelhar numa frigideira antiaderente, primeiro do lado da pele. Selar os dois lados da peça até dourar, sem esquecer de deixar a carne malpassada. ACOMPANHAMENTO: cozinhar o penne, deixando-o al dente; escorrer e reservar. Pôr a manteiga, a sálvia fresca e uma pitada de sal numa frigideira e saltear a massa. MONTAGEM: fazer um leito com redução de néctar de hibisco, pôr o peito de pato grelhado por cima e a massa tricolor ao lado.
